Reformulation
Many of the case studies from our ‘Delivering Healthy Growth’ report illustrate

favourite brands, so that they are lower in calories, fat, or salt.
The Scottish Food and Drink Federation runs a free, Scottish Government-funded
service for small and medium sized food and drink producers in Scotland to help
them to reformulate products.
